The early primary years are about building genuine competence — not just passing tests. Our P1–P3 programme focuses on the skills that everything else rests on: vocabulary depth, character recognition and writing, basic comprehension, and early oral confidence.

Our curriculum director personally set and marked national Chinese exam papers during his time as a Specialist Inspector at the MOE. He knows not just what the PSLE requires — but why it requires it, and how examiners think when they are scoring a response. Oral Practice at Scale
In school, a class of 30 means most students get very little oral practice time. In our classes of 6–8, every child speaks — every lesson. Our mock oral exams are recorded and sent to parents so families can do targeted review at home. This level of oral preparation is unique to Huá and produces measurable improvements in student confidence and performance.
